You know that feeling when so much has happened and you'd like to talk about it, and yet you simultaneously can't be bothered and want to keep it to yourself? Yep that's me.
Perhaps I'll ask something art related.
What was one of your favourite album covers from last year? Or maybe just from whenever.
Here's some of mine:

Mmmmmm. In other no-particular-order-news:
I've had a mouse in my fruit bowl that was then captured and propelled sky-high via a shoe-box,
Been dan deacon strobe light handler and dancer extraordinaire,
Broken 6 guitar strings in the past week,
Eaten coffee flavoured lasagna,
Went swimming with skinny dippers,
Had my party plans owned by some japanese lol-tones band,
Playing music with friends including beatboxing duties,
Wishing I was a vinyl fan so I could get (or at least know someone) who has this:

Well tha tha that's all folks. G'night/g'morning/g'unit.
UPDATE: Just found out Wii Fit will be $150 here. Hahahahaha.

Indeed it's been fantastic post-school... oh free time, how I missed it so. As for leaving for art school, I arrived in the UK about two weeks ago! Meaning I got a wintery Christmas which was fantastic. I don't start uni until September though- so I have plenty of time for saving up money, travelling etc. As for my living situation, I'm moving into my uncles house tomorrow, where I'll stay until uni starts and I'll move into on campus residency apartments. Woo!
What are your plans for le new year? Hope your Christmas was delightful!
My christmas was pretty cool, went to denmark (in australia) with the family. Most relaxed i've been in awhile. Probably due to all the chocolate I ate - more than I usually eat at easter time.
Passed soundie course (hooray!) so off to curtin (hooray?) to study journalism (hooray?!). I have no idea what it'll be like, so it's a mixture of excitement and reluctance. But I figure something good will come of it.
How was your christmas/many-days-since-last-spoken? Have you been to any of the many gigs in london? I've been lapping up the summer music love: went to big day out, laneway festival, leonard cohen, and tomorrow crystal castles! And still to see of montreal, mogwai, coldplay AND dylan moran in april.
As you can guess my bank account is, how the french say, le screwed. But I'm working 7 days a week, 10 hour shifts until uni starts hahahaha ahhh yes, intense shifts also making me a bit goo-goo gaa-gaa. Hence I decide it's a good idea to check deviantart at 1am (which in fact it was).
Anyway...I trust you have settled into your new and exciting (but cold) home with many-a story to tell.
Congratulations on passing your sound course and getting into journalism! Hell yes. Are you thinking of doing music related or just general journalism? Either way, it sounds really great.
I've been good thank you, I got straight into the Fine Arts course I wanted, without needing to do the foundation year so I'm pumped about that, I can't wait until September so I can start!
I saw Animal Collective in January which was amazing! Have you listened to them, if not do it right now. They're probably my fave band at the moment.
Unfortunately due to not being able to get a job and hence not being able to afford cost of living in the UK I'm in Singapore for a while, so I'm missing out on the great concerts brilliance. But I'm coming to Perth next week so I'm gonna go to Of Montreal- I might bump into you there!
As for Dylan Moran- I'm throwing mega rays of jealousy your way at the moment.
Be sure to let me know what you've been up to in six months time, when you next decide to log in to deviantart as a procrastination tool at 1am.
Take careeeee!
Umumum just 'ordinary' journalism as far as I know haha. There's some grand scheme to link all these studies together, it just hasn't materialised yet.
Yes animal collective are pretty groovy! I haven't heard their recent album yet. Still, mighty jealous that you saw them! Did you see them in U.K. or Singapore haha, a bit confused. Yayay hopefully will see you at Of Montreal! Might be distracted by their wicked music and crazy stage antics though.
Cyaaaa
Oh indeed the horror of life beyond the realms of the internet. Actually, unlike you no doubt, my real life has been relatively hideous- hello exams, goodbye social life. But it's all over in a mere week! Horray! Joy! Happiness!
How have you been the last few weeks?
And definitely, international art school is calling my name and I am running towards it like a madwoman!
Adios amigo!

Pretty much haven't talked to you in a zillion years. Composed any furniture-related songs lately?
